She received her Hatha Yoga Certification training in 2004 from Leeann Carey at Planet Yoga in Hermosa Beach, California. For Pregnancy and Mommy & Baby Yoga she was certified in 2005 by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles, California.
